"Packaging had me worried"
When the box showed up crushed, I got nervous right away because I’ve been fooled before by stuff looking fine online and arriving damaged. Luckily, the parts inside were still okay, but the packaging was disappointing and didn’t give me much confidence.

"Material felt weaker than it should have"
I ordered from growerssupply.com expecting the material to be sturdy enough for normal outdoor use, but it felt thin as soon as I took it out of the box. It didn’t give me a lot of confidence from the start.
After only a short time outside, a few parts started bending and the cover wasn’t holding up well at all. This wasn’t during any major storm or anything, just normal wind, so I was surprised it struggled that much.

What made it more frustrating was trying to get help afterward. It felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue, and I just got passed around without a clear solution. For the price, I expected something tougher and better support, so I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t order again.

The box showed up looking rough, like it had really been through it?! Thankfully, everything inside was still okay

"Came quicker than expected"
My order actually showed up a couple days earlier than the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. I’m budget-conscious, so I always appreciate when shipping doesn’t feel like I paid extra just to wait around. The box arrived in good shape too. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the tracking was a bit slow to update, but overall it got here fast and everything was fine.

"Stock info was wrong"
I ordered an item because it showed as in stock, then later got a message saying it actually wasn’t available. It was frustrating, and a little embarrassing because I had already told someone I’d found it and had it on the way. Ended up wasting time waiting around and then had to start looking somewhere else. The inventory info really needs to be more accurate.

I do like some things on the site, and at first I thought the support would be fine, but it got frustrating. It took a while to hear back, and when I finally did, the responses felt kind of rushed. I had to explain the same problem more than once, which got old fast. It wasn’t terrible, or actually, maybe that’s too harsh, it just wasn’t very helpful when I needed it. Definitely feels like something they need to improve

I was just trying to look up a few things and the whole site felt cluttered and awkward. The search barely helped, and some pages took way too long to load. Maybe they’ve got some nice-sounding explanation for it, but from my side it was just annoying to use.

"Tough build, especially since I usually like this brand"
I’ve bought from this brand before and usually have a good experience, so I was a little surprised by how confusing the assembly was. The instructions weren’t as clear as I expected, and it took longer than I thought it would. I still like the brand overall, but this one was definitely more frustrating to put together than I hoped.

"Not enough options for what I was looking for"
I was hoping they’d have a better mix of greenhouse parts and growing supplies but the selection felt limited. A few things I needed weren’t there at all and some only had one option so it didn’t really help me much.

It might be fine if you just need basic stuff but for what I was shopping for it was kind of frustrating. I ended up looking around on other sites instead.

At first it seemed like it was working okay, so I thought I’d made a decent purchase. But after using it for a while, things started wearing out and not holding up like they should. i wasn’t expecting it to turn into another thing I had to stress about, but that’s pretty much what happened. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Checkout was frustrating and now I’m worried"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout process was such a hassle. The pages were loading really slowly, the cart details were confusing, and I had to enter the same information more than once. I was browsing Growers Supply for a few greenhouse supplies, and after comparing a handful of items, I started noticing the same pattern: some prices were fine, but a lot of them were higher than what I was seeing elsewhere with a quick search. It wasn’t like every single thing was overpriced, but enough of it was that I hesitated.

Shipping kind of confirmed that feeling for me because once it was added in, the total just didn’t make sense anymore. Maybe they run better deals at certain times, but for what I needed, I couldn’t really justify ordering there even though I wanted to.

"Issue never really got sorted"
I had a problem with my order and trying to get it fixed was a hassle. Everything felt slow and impersonal, and I never got to talk to an actual person, which made it even more frustrating. I had to keep following up just to get basic answers, and by the end it still didn’t feel like they actually cared or made it right. I wouldn’t order from them again

"Warranty support didn’t really help at all"
I reached out to warranty support thinking they’d actually help me out, but it felt useless. I explained the issue, gave them the details, sent the info they asked for, and still didn’t get any real solution. It was one of those situations where you expect basic help, like a replacement, a repair option, clear instructions, or at least a straight answer, but none of that really happened. I just kept getting vague replies and no actual progress. Disappointing experience overall

"Install was way more confusing than it needed to be"
The product itself seems fine now that it’s installed, but getting there was annoying. The instructions made the whole thing feel harder than it should have been.
A few steps felt like they were missing details, and some of the pictures didn’t really match what I was looking at. I kept stopping, rereading, and feeling like I was being passed around from one vague step to the next without a clear answer.

I did finally get it done, but it took a lot longer than expected. For something this size, clearer instructions would make a big difference
